Bruce & Emma Willis
About Bruce & Emma Willis
Bruce Willis' roots are in Idar Oberstein, Germany, where his father was stationed on an American military base.
In 1957 the family moved to New Jersey. In his mid-twenties Bruce moved to New York City where he began his acting career.
For more than 4 decades, Bruce has been known as an action superstar due to his blockbuster films such as Pulp Fiction, 12 Monkeys, The Five Element, Armageddon, Tears of the Sun, The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, RED, The Expendables and of course the Die Hard franchise.
He inspired millions as a down to earth real life action hero that never gives up.
But his biggest and best role in his eye’s has always been father to his five daughters and husband to his wife Emma.
"I've been a hero in so many roles all my life, but my biggest one is and always will be for my kids. And in return, my family is always one for me.”

Saskia Reggel
Hi there! I’m Saskia, 27 years old and since I was a little girl I wanted to be creative and work with fashion. I’m a German/ American certified furrier and currently a fashion student in my 6th term of my fashion studies at DesignPF. Anything is possible, if you believe in it!
That’s my motto for life.
Basically before I was even born I owned my very first Steiff Bunny and ever since I have a very deep emotional relationship to my Steiff animals. I’m very honored and excited being part of this amazing charity project. For me being creative is making people happy. So producing this teddy is such a fulfilling opportunity for me.
Lennart Bohle
Hey there! I am Lennart, 23 years old and a custom tailor from Pforzheim. Right now I‘m in my fifth term of my fashion studies at DesignPF. My special interest in fashion is to out live my creative vain and search for new forms and materials.
Not only do I feel very honored, but also extremely motivated to fill this project with my creativity. For myself, my teddy was the key to my fantasy world, where I could feel safe and free. So I am very excited and looking forward to creating a teddy with such power.
The briefing and the idea
John McClane is a New York police officer who fearlessly and sacrificially stands up for his fellow man. A true hero who is not too shy to get dirty. For justice he turns not only his right but also his left cheek if necessary, even if he him-self gets hurt. But the important thing is that he still gets up again and continues to fight for the right.
The bear is supposed to embody these facets and above all strength. However, in a cool and casual way with small playful details: a little "hero" striving for a better world. His daughter Mabel Willis (10) was one of the inspirations for the students, as her drawing of the bear was turned into a print and used for the lining of the jacket.
