Opening hours:
Due to renovation work, the Steiff Museum will be closed from January 19 to 23, 2026.
Our Steiff Museum Shop will be open during normal opening hours on these days.
Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
closed on Mondays.
We are also open on Mondays during the Baden-Württemberg school holidays.

Opening hours for the Steiff Factory Outlet in Giengen:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We are closed on December 25 and 26 and January 1. We are also only open until 1:00 p.m. on December 24 and 31.
