About Peter Gabriel

Peter Gabriel is a musician with an interest in technology and healthcare. He is a founder of Womad.org, bringing music and art from around the world to festivals in over 40 countries; WITNESS.org (integrating Human Rights with technology); and The Elders (theelders.org) with Richard Branson, bringing together a group of highly respected leaders, launched by Nelson Mandela.

Having improvised with bonobo apes, Peter was blown away by their musicality and intelligence, and got the Interspecies Internet project going to explore the possibilities of non-human intelligence, and bringing many other species online.

Peter is now writing and recording music for a new album, and will be touring in 2023

Hi, I'm Kirsten, I'm 21 years old and I'm currently in my third semester of fashion design at Reutlingen University.
For me, fashion is not only a way to express yourself and your personality, but also to be a part of something bigger and to have the chance to work on a better future.
If I could tell my childhood self now that I get to work with Steiff, she probably wouldn't believe me. That's exactly why I value this opportunity so much.

Klara Mahn

Hello, my name is Klara Mahn and I am a third-semester student of fashion design at Reutlingen University.
I have been interested in fashion since I was a child. I am particularly attracted to very detailed and well thought-out garments. Furthermore, it is especially important to me that everyone can wear whatever he/she wants, regardless of age, origin or gender. No one should be excluded because of who they are and dare to show it.
I feel very honoured that we have been given the opportunity to work on such a big project.
